Sometimes other things happen. It's actually quite complicated, and I am still trying to figure it out. I think, it depends on your particular faith, how you lived your life, and how you met your end, but there may also be other factors like the revision of the message board software...

And no, I don't know if they dream or not...

It's all good. When people just disappear from the boards - especially if they grow - I can't help but think the worst happened. It's all just a big joke when people go out with a "bang" and ask in OTD to be deleted blah blah.. that's 100% trash. When someone just disappears.. that's REAL crap. You don't know if they're in a world of hurt or if they've moved on. And chances are, you'll never talk to the person again, as they've disappeared in the annals of the internet.

What it says, when someone had there account removed really varies depending on a number of factors, but in all cases it means either that the member requested to have his account removed, in which case we usually ask them for reason, or that we deleted the account for Administrative reasons, but we usually never do that, as then they could come back...

So it almost always means that they requested to have their account removed. We probably have 3-4 of these a week, so I don't know the specifics of every particular member, nor do I usually remember, but the reason is usually something along the lines of, "need to get away from the computer for a while," or "no longer growing and need to move on." Usually something along those lines. Every now and then, we get an account deletion for reasons of paranoia, but not very often. Usually they just want to move on...

I will simply add that when it states a user is unregistered, it means their account has been wiped from the database, so they cannot login, post, or send/receive PMs.  Another option some people choose is to simply have their post history wiped but their account left intact.  While we discourage this, we obviously still do it - which is why you see those Post deleted by Administrator or by users_request.  Unregistering an account is usually reserved for those with an extreme security issue who need to really cover their tracks as the board software does keep minor record of logins.
