it talks abot a registered nurse who drinks over a gallon of diet coke a day.
she knows she is helplessly addicted. But doesn't do anything about it. it just shows you what we are like as a people. Everyone, not just the drug users and smokers and drinkers.
but because diet coke is marketed by a huge company its okay. people are proud of the fact that they constantly fill themselves with horrible chemicals.
I thought some people who read and reply to messages every day could handle a grade school reading level, and are willing to take ten minutes to read something. i guess i expected too much.

that is true, but why should the coca cola company be doing it to so many people? Huge companies make and sell billions of gallons of soft drinks with ingredients that are known to be addictive and damaging to our bodies. The tobacco companies get there asses handed to them in court for the same thing, why can't our government step in and do something to coke and pepsi now. Do we have to wait another 10 or 20 years until everybody starts getting cancer; like with the smokers who are just now dying of the addiction marketed to them when they were kids?

That is one of AMericas biggest problems ..... sue happy fools who want the government or lawyers to make it all safe and snuggly . Ripping away our feedom of choice !
Damn people take resposibilty for your own actions !
If you cant realize to much of any one thing in your life can cause illness , suffering etc ... DO NOT ABUSE ANY SUBSTANCE ! It will eventually cause you harm . Use and abuse two totally different things .
Thats like suing Nabisco cause you are fat from eating 100's of pounds of cookies ! DUH , eat less cookies and you will not get fat . Do not buy a cup of coffee , spill it on your crotch , and expect a cool blast !

Well I feel worse for people in INDIA(1000's ) that until recently had a great water supply, but because of FREE TRADE(which should be called forced trade, or SCAM!) ......these people were told they could no longer use the water supply that had sustained them for hundreds if not thousands of years


and here we have some RETARD mom that says, I cant stop, and I bet if she heard the suffering of these people she would keep drinking, and if she knew how bad aspartame is she still might keep drinking!!!

a "hungry ghost" has a PIN hole mouth and little arms that can neve reach enough and through their mouths they can never fit enough, and their belly is fat, and they live in a consatant state of desire for things that do not matter
