In the future, please don't use all caps. People can do whatever they want in the chat. If you use a quality chat client like mIRC, then you can create channels and limit their use and do all the things you suggest. You can do most of these things in teh java chat client, but not as easily.

Uhhhhhhh.. the server has a chat channel thatyou can acsess through mIRC or any other IRC client.
