Yeah, no offense but lately on the board MM has been making it seem like there is some wierd imperial power structure who is taking over and turning the shroomery into an all out business. His comments are pretty badly phrased (if not just plain bad IMHO) at a time when members are somewhat on edge about some things happening here...

Also its pretty concerning if his opinion is being listened to by the mods/admins here and this is truely the direction the site is taking..

Hell no. The shroomery has flourished without any real charge to the members (they asked for help once, but thats about it) and will continue to do so. no way should any services be taken away. If the shroomery needs help, then ask. I'll do my best now (which is considerably more than i could do previously) as i did then. However, i do like the option to get more stuff...and if the shroomery could setup an email system that would keep the home ip of the mail adresee private, i'd friggin LOVE one of those. Hell, i'd buy that for a dollar! (or 200) BUt don't limit peoples options just casue they're too poor or too cheap to support a site they love! That'd be asinine.
