Trouble with the "jump" feature in the documents?

While looking around the Shroomery website, I tried using the jump feature to navigate around teks, but it doesn't work for me.

For example click http://www.shroomery.org/index/par/23593 and scroll to the bottom right. After selecting where I want to jump to, it just sits there, as well as saying "error on page". Does it work for anyone else?

It is working for me with both IE and Mozilla Firebird on winxp.
