Honey Water Issues

Karo water was prepared using 100mL of generic corn syrup and 1000mL of water. The water was heated in a microwave for 2 minutes before karo was added. The karo/water was stirred well, then poured into wide mouth pint jars and pressure cooked. They were PC'ed at 15psi for 30 minutes. After they cooled, 1CC of spore solution was injected into each jar. It has now been 5 days. A few of the jars show very small white "fuzzies" in them. Is this what I'm looking for?

Could someone post a picture of what honeywater looks like after a few days? thanks!

i cant post a pic but i can give description. water should be very pale yellow and yes white fluff is mycelium forming

After the jars were PC'ed, they were still clear. Does this mean that I prevented carmelization?

basicaly the yellow tint is visable nutrients.carmelization is dark
