Yea if I ever had to let it go, it would be a pretty penny. Stan Lee is not going to be around much longer so this comic will be going up even more soon

Yeah, you should send it to one of those places that grade comics.  Hopefully they can authenticate the signature as well.  I've heard that having a signature on a collectable, but not having proof of authenticity, actually decreases the value.
