HBWR + light fixture questions

Hey i just got my fancy HBWR seeds, and i got a few questions before i plant them

1. do they need extra light (fluros) its almost winter, and i live in the north east USA, they will be grown indoors....

2. if they do need fluros, whats the total cost on a simple setup?

and finally do you feed in the winter months?

Salvia_England has made several posts about his HBWR he keeps them near a South Facing window (I believe, i guess do a search to confirm it) and they do fine with just some ambient light from that window.

A fluoro doesn't seem too necessary but if you want one, i believe a setup would cost like 25 bucks at the most, a light and the fixture for it. Though it depends on the what kind of fixture you get and the maker and all that.

As for ferts i've never fertilized mine, and I don't remember seeing mention of Salvia_E doing it to his either.

thanks for the replys,
tonight will be my 1st expirence with HBWR, at first i was just gonna do 3 seeds solo,
but now i recruited another psychonaut(lab rat), and we plan to do about 5 seeds.....

i always prefer to grow the plant i intend to consume if at all possible....

after hearing many encourageing reports from this sight, i will start my HBWR seedlings tommorw
