It was probably actual experience in your case.

So can someone fill me in on what happened with all the voters scrubbed off the electoral roll in Florida? Did that not actually happen?

Come to the dark side.... where the constitution actually means what it says.

The Constitution is vague on many parts, and intentionally so. Just because you interpret something it says a certain way does not mean that that is necessarily the only correct interpretation.

oh, i noticed. It's just it seems (and this may be a generalization) certain parts of the constitution are up for debate.

Still, being a lousy public speaker doesn't mean your stupid any more than being a good public speaker means you're smart.

I posted this in a previous thread and got no reply, so here it is again. Also maybe provide some examples; nobel prize winners, or people in general who are considered very intelligent, yet still fail basic verb conjugation, and sentence construction when speaking in public. You could also provide examples to the contrary, give us some papers Bush has written, or anything he has produced that would verify he does have a solid command of language, just not in the realm of speech.

Bush Jr. is beyond being a lousy public speaker. Granted his speaking failures get blown a bit out of proportion, but the man has a very weak command of language. The question is, how could a man with as much education as he has, have such a poor grasp of English. I've met highschool students that can speak ten times better than him. Even some of my geeked out science professors who have no social abilities at all, can form their thoughts into words more coherently than President Bush. Can you think of any other elected leader in the civilized world who has a worse grasp of oral communication than Bush, or even comes close? My question to all the Bush supporters on this board: how can you put so much faith into a man who seems so lacking in intelligence? (There are many other factors which point to his lack of intellegence, but to me the inablity to communicate is one of the most important)

Here's an article by the guy who first uncovered the story. He wrote this article over a year later to incorporate all the latest facts:

Bush made something of a 1200 on the SATs
I don't remember what he made at Yale.

But one thing I do remember is reading what Al Gore's grades were at Harvard. He had all D's and one C. or maybe the other way around.
Either way. I'll look for the link I got it from.

Then Bush goes to Harvard business school! You can't be a fucking dummy to be in Harvard business school.
