i've been contemplating giving my doctor all of the information of which substances i've been prescribed along with my experiences with them, i've never receiving a benzo, just SSRI/antipsychotics/non-benzoic GABA bullshit(if that is a word)

but I can't utter the words to ask them for a benzo because:
1. anxiety (been wanting to go for doctor for three years...)
2. I don't want to be judged as drug user
3. agression (whilst i'm a peaceful person, I hate myself)

I had to go to 3 doctors,
first two judged me based on my appearance as I am heavily tattooed ( I am a musician)
but after speaking to the new dr today I explained to her these past two days I have had two really bad rage episodes where my brain has just shut off and I have gone out done things I regret so much. I told her I fear for my safety and most importantly others.
It isnt a long term fix for me, this is just a temp till I get the proper help I need for my anxiety and for my Rage (Intermittent explosive disorder).
Benzos arent something you want to use for a long time.
just to stay safe till you get the proper help.
As you, I am a very peaceful person but my brain will shut off if I get too overwhelmed and frustrated and I just go into rage mode for about 30 seconds to 3 minutes. then into deep remorse.

Fuck being judged bro, people judge me every day because of my tattoos, but you have to understand we all judge one another, you just have to show them you are not who they judge you to be, and alot of dr will just judge. To get something done if you have tried all this is to go to a psyc and they are the ones who will evaluate you and give you what you need.
in the mean time explain to the dr you fear you might harm yourself or others safety because you cannot control these episodes. Explain you don't want valium for a permanent fix, just a temp to keep you safe tillyou get adequate help
