Thread title says it all. Goodbye Texas hello North Carolina! Got family here, gonna go to school already got accepted and ready to start a new life.

I live in the southern west most of the state, it's not so bad out here when you get use to it. Then again, you'll be a city boy so idk how you'll fare. Good luck!

I've got some friends in Charlotte.  Don't know the city very well, but I don't think it's very happening. Movie production and bank headquarters. It is a large city though, so it's got to offer something.
The mountains in nc are unbelievable though.  You'll have fun in them.
