You should wash your hands, expose the two lowest leaf nodes by remove the leaves, leave about 1 inch of stem under the exposed leaf node, scrape with your nail a little then proceed to root. Otherwise your plant might wither up and die before it sprouts roots.

That a fine healthy looking plant you have there :laugh:. Im suprised a seed grew from your sack :blush: I have collected a few seeds from sacks now and again and just chucked them in my yard (I live in the northwest) hoping that maybe by an act of god they would grow to be 100 feet tall like jack in the beanstalk lol ;D ... im getting sidetracked.. anyway nice plant let us know when you find out what it is.

Sounds like you're cutting is going to pull through :smile: I wouldn't worry about 'removing' yellow leaves, especially while the plant is rooting..they will fall off when they're ready. The cutting is just using up it's only available nutrients to grow some roots :smile:

It still looks too early to tell what its sex is..I don't think you should really expect it to show it's sex at this stage..The growth your observing at the internodes will soon grow into branches.  Until that point I wouldn't worry about looking for pre flowers.  I'm confused as to whether the last picture is of the cutting, or the original plant, but the browning tips of the leaves may be due to over fertilizing..  Stay patient.  It looks like things are working out in you're favor  :thumbup:

that top pic in your last post looks like a female pre-flower.
still a bit early to be 100% certain.
next time you break a stem you might want to check out a tek known as 'air'layering' that allows one to root while still hanging onto the plant.
