I was one of the few that never really got into the DBZ series. I felt like it was a 20 minute shit talking contest with 2 minutes of actual fighting/action. It was a frustrating show to me. I read one of the original dragon ball books and it was basically like soft core porn for six year olds. Basically it teased a child's mind, wondering if you'd ever get to see bulba or bulmas tits. It was interesting but couldn't hold my interest as I realized they'd never bless us with their greatness so I have DBZ up forever.

You see them in the second issue. The scene I posted above (it's at the end of the clip), which is more graphic in the manga (comic).


Edit: It's actually more like the fifth issue.

I'm gonna be adding more clips of adult-oriented stuff in the Japanese version. In case you missed it, you see Bulma naked (but not a full frontal) at the end of the above clip.

It litterally went down hill after that.

Some japanese animators will only work on projects if they have very thin lines. They're picky.

I dunno.
That backgrounds still have that nice water color feel from dragon ball, the story still goes on to different material, the characters look 3d and there isn't all that power leveling yet. I Think DBZ is the only japanese cartoon that shows realistic mouth movement.
