MSG makes buffets next to pointless IMO. Then again that might only be chinese buffets that use that shit. Either way, monosodium glutamate makes you feel full so you only eat a financially reasonable quantity of food, and after an hour when you've left your hungry again.

On my third bowel of broth. The trick is to mix in onions and pepper to speed up digestion. I hope you kids are taking notes. Its not much....but it could save your life -grills

I've walked in buffets plenty of times when I was younger and just picked up a plate and started eating shit and nobody ever said anything.
People getting paid minimum wage often don't take on extra responsibilities.

Sounds kind of boring just sitting in a buffet that long. I use to hit up a pizza buffet and I would wear these huge shorts that had some big pockets on either side. After I got stuffed I would get another plate or two and wrap each slice up in a napkin, then I would cram what I could fit in each pocket. I easily got an extra meal or two doing that.
