Six Tango's Oven Pasteurization

Hey, my friend has a question about this tek (http://www.shroomery.org/index/par/23705). He noted that 6T says to "tie off the top of the oven bag and then place a thermometer through the top". Does this mean the thermometer PIERCES the plastic and goes INTO the bag/poop? Or what? My friend is confused. He won't get off my back about this so I'm posting it for him. Thanks.

it means tie the top of the bag around the thermom, which is in then put in the middle of the shit ball

let me know how yours turns out, i tried this about two weeks ago and spawned it w/ some TC, but still havent seen any growth :confused:

all i know is fuck oven bags, im goin and gettin me some mycobags

I have never had any good luck with any kind of bag project. just put the poo/straw/whatever into a pillow case and then pasturize that in a large pot. it works soooooooo much easier and gets the dung nice a moist.

Ive had much success with this tek, just make sure that the oven doesn't get too hot, or that you have an oven proof thermometer (the regualr plastic capped ones can melt)
