I'm pretty sure someone has already mentioned this, but exercise really helps. Even if you're just doing some pushups or dips. It makes your metabolism work faster thus making you hungry on top of making you healthier.

Your appetite should come back in a week or so regardless tho...Not like munchies from smoking bud appetite, but it'll come back and you'll be able to appreciate food again in no time. Good luck man.

Kratom also makes me hungry if I'm not smoking, but that's just me.

I swam pretty hard for an hour yesterday and got pretty hungry afterwards. I did take some nyquil before bed because I needed to get up at 4am this morning.

I just got up and I am starving and well rested. I think I might sign up for the YMCA and start going swimming every evening. It's on my way home and that just sounds fun anyway.

Swimming a lot always makes me tired and puts me to sleep at night.  I haven't gone swimming in like 2 years:sad:

I actually quit smoking chron like a month ago, I miss it here and there but not too much.  I have so much more energy since I've stopped, I don't require as much sleep, and my memory has improved.
