it happened in my sleep a long time ago, i wasn't having a sexual dream or any dream actually. i didn't have an erection either, but then again i didn't intentionally do it either...

On one occasion I have done so, a few years ago.

I did it during a semi long meditation process. I was sort of horny at the time of my meditation and at a certain point while I was deep into the process I found myself thinking of sexual thoughts which in return it was giving me a very small amount of physical sensation(the same feeling as having sex). I continued to focus in on this feeling without any thoughts or visualizations of having sex(keeping my mind clear), which is very hard to do while basically getting off. Nice, that physical sensation is what I felt in the past, and that focus or lack there of or... yeah, it's easy to lose and it goes away like a snap of the finger.

If I had to come up with advice on how to do this I would say....

1.)  You need a moderate amount of meditative practice and control.

2.) jerk off once every morning  and once every night for a few days in advance but when doing so DO NOT finish and complete your orgasm. Just get close and stop. This in itself takes a bit of control. This will first of all make you very horny in general. And it will make feeling the physical sensation once meditating  much easier.

3.) While meditating in the beginning throw in some keggel action just to get the juices flowing(no pun intended) This will help you with feeling that physical sensation much easier and will give you a foundation for you to focus on.

4.) As mentioned in my previous post make sure to keep your mind as blank as possible while focusing on the physical stimulation sensation in your pants. Do this as long and as continuous as possible.

5.) Make sure to wear something you don't mind cumming in lol. While it is possible to achieve an orgasm in certain states of mind (IE lucid dreaming) without actually ejaculating, chances are you will not be able to predict whether this will happen or not,


Also for arguments sake you can most definitely and much more easily achieve an orgasm without any thrusting or touch through lucid dreaming. For those who do not know what lucid dreaming is, it is where you achieve having a dream while you are fully conscious, You are aware that your real body is merely sleeping in your bed and that what you are experiencing is a dream. You have complete control over what you experience through all 5 senses. Site sounds smell touch taste and emotion. With practice a Lucid dream can literally be just as real as waking life

With that being said you could have a lucid dream and bang literally any girl you can imagine and if you are in your dream state long enough you will achieve your orgasm. As stated earlier most people in lucid dreams have an orgasm but do not physically ejaculate in waking life, not sure why. But once again you would technically be sleeping in this scenario which I feel is sort of cheating.
