Does anyone raise crickets? If so, can you tell me what in the hell these are?
    #18382666 -

I've been raising crickets for my newly obtained gecko for roughly a month or two.
In my first Fluker's shipment the crickets came with a few little caterpillar like things.
These caterpillar things turned into beetles, mated and made more caterpillar things that are now almost equal in population with the remaining crickets.

Here they are:

Next to my hand for size comparison:

Oh yeah, and the beetles fly.

I sometimes get these aswell when i pick up some crickets from the pet store,

Seeing this thread made me do a quick google search, and i came up with that they are there to eat the dead crickets as well as help keep whatever they are in clean.

Oh okay, so I guess I shouldn't eliminate them?

Oh, hold up, I did a quick test to see what would happen if it was just them and one cricket with no back legs.
They are currently killing the cricket... scratch that, they have killed the cricket.

Them mobbing said cricket:

They left the cricket alone for quite some time, but as I  was reading your post I looked over and saw that.

What, scared of a few bugs man?

By the way, they have now eaten the entire cricket.
They're like little grubs/caterpillars/land piranhas.

or this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dermestes_maculatus

they eat dead crickets so the cricket store doesn't have to clean the cage
