LC possible contam

I am doing his/her first grow with the mycomate lc vials.
I innoc. the vials 3 days ago and have seen positive growth in 2 vials, which has appeared as a small amount of cloudy material that resides at the bottom of the vial and swirls upward when handled.
One however does not have a cloudy part at the bottom but rather is cloudy throughout the vial and swim is wondering if this is a bacterial infection. I will inclose pics shortly.

1. Cut the nonsense with that swim stuff. We know its you, so be adult about an adult hobby.
2. A clean LC and Contam can look identical to each other. The only way is via testing it. Even then there is no guarantee that your clean lc won't Contam in the process of transfer.
3. You're better off learning the basics instead of trying a grow kit. You'll save yourself a ton of money as they charge an arm and a leg for kits (which often Contam anyways).
4. I'm not even sure what those things you made the lc with are. Was it even from a shroomery sponser or just some random website?

I used I several times, so I would like to think that you know its me, the one swim that I did use was one that I accidentally left in after I removed all the cube info. Secondly, I never said that I was using a grow kit. I'm just using the lc vials to do a beginners pf tek. Third, I'm using spores from a sponsor.

Why make an LC for PF tek when you can just use the spores themselves in the jars? All you're doing is added an extra step and one Hell of a headache.

As I stated before, you can't tell if an LC is clean or contaminated unless you test it in a jar.

LC are also not really for beginners either. I'd recommend you stick to the PF tek until you get the basics down. mushroomvideo.com will help you out getting started.

Also, you wanna edit out the name of where you got your spores. Naming them is against the rules. I was merely asking since I've never heard of a "mycomate" before.

I'm making lc in order to stretch out my spores so that hopefully I won't have to order more, I've also read that when using lc it shortens colonization time. Thanks for the link and the heads up on the sponsor info.

Well if you do the PF tek and get yourself even 1 mushroom to print, you're looking at having more spores then you know what to do with.

LC only reduces time in jars if you end up with a clean one. Spores aren't sterile, so there is a good chance of entering contaminant city. Going straight to jar from MS will give you much much better results as long as your innoc is done correctly.

The guys and gals over at mushroom Cultivation are quite knowledgeable. Do a little reading over there and you'll know what you're doing in no time.
