Sometimes it boggles my mind that people actually take the church seriously. Like what the fuck. So the pope, leader of all Catholicism, says atheists could still go to heaven. The Vatican then corrects him, saying that those who don't enter or stay in the church go to hell! Oh piss. I am an atheist and laugh at the idea of heaven and hell, but the fact that religion stumbles on its own words is fucking hilarious. And 1.2 billion followers take it seriously :wellthatsweird:

you cant blame the vatican though, if you go around telling people dont worry about hell if you do good, you dont have to come to church, they lose money

This just in: Vatican releases statement saying only paying Catholic church goers will go to heaven. The construction of heaven was expensive, you know.

Worst part is, I don't consider myself that smart and religion's bullshit has always been very apparent to me. How ignorant must some people be to accept this as the truth? Fucking think for yourself people. There are better crutches out there anyway
