Not when the proof/truth lies within the eye of the observer, like in QM, as i have been discussing, when you readily accept that there is nothing there, before fully understanding that something is there, you have already destroyed the true field of reality, & have created a virtual illusion with limited possibilities within your new frame of reality. Your experiment. And when you personally realize it, then, & only then will come to know the truth, it will be self evident.

Do you believe that, because of what people have said in the past, that psychic phenomena happens at all?

I don't know.  I haven't experienced it and have never seen a demonstration.  I keep an open mind but follow the evidence.


Do you allow your judgements of one person & what he/she says, to effect your future judgements or realities? (The "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me" type of mindset?)

Somewhat, I often give people a second try or even a third occasionally but after that they have to show some consistant changes over a period of time for me to believe in some kind of change from them and so I'll trust their intentions.  With age and experience I've gotten better at this.  Life is short and I don't have time for many people. I only let the best in and if I miss a few by premature or wrong judgment that's going to have to be ok. I've cut out a hell of a lot of losers in the process.

Geeze, HastyConclusion, take a second to catch a breath in between posts & let others respond.

Its bad enough i am using a cell phone to attempt most of my posting. I don't need you rushing things along, especially when your asking questions that deserve more than a one liner. (you know all about those kinds of posts :lol:)

None of these examples exist inside of one who is aware.

If we all truly realized that they we're part of life/love/existance, there would be no room for misguided thoughts. only pure conscious awareness. We are growing, from seed to full fruition. Thought is the very fuel of your spiritual/metaphysical growth. It can burn us, but not really, only truly, to burn away at the illusion. So that growth may continue. Good consequences/bad consequences all intertwine within the intricate infinate tapestry of our current reality.

That's nice as a subjective opinion but in my lifetime I see no real overall evidence of human emotional growth or in human history in general.  In fact I see a lot of degeneration into unawareness and ignorance in the modern world and I think that's our over all direction with possible extinction at the end of that process. And that's my subjective opinion. :shrug:

I causes me to just focus on my own trip and let others be.

Enlighten me about what it is i don't know.

Pick it apart & be scrupulous, & when your done, present to me what it is that you have a problem with specifically.

I have read many books & absorbed a great deal of information pertaining to QM, Unified Field Theory, The Holographic Universe, String Theory, & the 8 circuts of human consciousness that Timothy Leary was touching on.

I have derived a model & a method to achieve a certain state of obsevation as well.

It is different than any before it.

What in the hell do you have to offer us OrgoneConclusion?:lol:

No of course not. Someone consistently doing it is however imo. 

There is little ultimately to be gained or lost in human interaction imo.  Like I said I don't have time for many people and still have time for myself. If I never meet another person I want to include in my life that's fine. I don't have enough time for the ones I already have. I'm pretty self contained.

I believe that humans are caring & helping other humans more than ever. Its difficult to examine through the veneer that is seemingly placed upon us, by external influences, media especially here in the USA, that allow such degeneration to occur.

But i believe that "the love" is increasing on our planet, remember, you would take your children out and stone them in the streets way back in the day if they disobeyed or insulted the previous mindset of humanity....that ain't happenin,

Witch burning for example? for talking about what it is that has been brought up here.
Anyone back in the day, that claimed to divinate with the dead, would end up dead.

Has the world become more caring or tolerant? Is toleration an aspect of love?

Guess you're unaware of the Middle East.  For everything you can show that's changed I can show things that have gotten worse.  I think the world has only learned a veeneer of PCness.  The human heart is not changed imo.

We can argue this tell the cows come home but I'm satisfied to watch it all happen.  Climate change will deliver the final blow to the human dream is my guess and it will be mostly our doing.

I'm going to die in a few years anyway either way so I'm not concerned about all this.  I'm not impressed by the human animal. Certainly not by you and not by myself either.

I don't like to dwell on the victim idea even if it's true in part.  It doesn't help the situation.  Is the starving African child a victim of his time and place?

Humans are a work in progress though.....

People in many other countries as well as ours are trying to help third world areas in places like Africa, build wells, irrigation, hospitals, & schools.

You teach your children, so that they do not make the mistakes you made, in all of there great forms and follies.

We learn through our suffering.

Through our mistakes

& understanding of why mistakes were made

This is surely an aspect of love that humanity is showing right now.

I can find all kinds of evil, but as light continues to shine brighter, darkness continues to be cast out.

You can't imagine the idea of a utopian world/society living in peace with no greed & no problems like we experience now?

What if it came through the suffering of an apocalyptic event as you fore-see?

Perhaps this is callous,  but it's no secret that daytime television and late night infomercials are for morons... If this is how one chooses to inform oneself, then one probably deserves whatever stupid belief Sylvia Brown sells.  She has a good gig going.

i don't know anything of real value when it comes to quantum mechanics, but i am always skeptical when someone jumps from quantum theory to something like timothy leary. if you haven't already you will probably jump to ancient south american civilizations soon. this is getting tedious  :yawn:

what do you mean jump? There is one specific area that timothy leary touched on, circut number 5, & its activation by THC. That is all i have used from him. Its no big leap & QM is unfolding before our eyes everyday.

why would you base any skepticism based this? That seems excessive. Its the unknown that i am seeking to discover here. Do you know a better approach to "jump" to based off of the discussion i have started pertaining to these topics? Give'em a read.:heart:

I believe that this "flowing state of continual awareness" can be held through song. This may sound strange, but i believe the same way that shamans(Grand Maestro) use icaros (spirit songs/chants/mantras) during a ceremony to simultaneously do & observe at the same time.:heart:

When i sing spirit songs, information is revealed to me & in the same way, i can find what it is i search for when i dowse.

This has everything to do with quantum mechanics, unified field, etc.
