hmm, pic turned out to be kinda small. I'll try to give a good description. First off, im in Northeastern MA.
1. habitat:These are growing in mulch on the edge of some bushes. Its mostly shady there during the day. char of gills: white, gills, attached measurements: cap: average about 1.5", stem: avg about 2" char of stem: white, hollow, thin char of cap see pic for color etc. fragile, soft bruises: greyish, just looks like the stem gets wet
2. same characteristics of 1 basically, just looked a little different
3. habitat: growing in lawn in an area that receives lots of shade char of stem: whitish, hollow, thin, oval shaped char of cap see pic
4. habitat: Found in a flower bed that had been fertilized with cow manure earlier this year measurements: cap: average about 1", stem: avg about 1.25" char of stem: white, hollow, thin char of cap see pic for color etc. fragile, soft bruises: greyish, just looks like the stem gets wet
get those spore prints. we will most likely need them to start.
not a bad write-up in general.
Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it.
