so i got some seeds....is there like a pictorial or straight up method to doing this...i searched but im still confused about napthal and that other shit

after its extracted...what does the product look like

I would suggest not using the naptha method as it's fairly questionable in it's effectiveness. Luckily, LSA is water-soluble so all you have to do is peel off the outer layer, (some people prefer holding the seed underneath a lighter for a couple of seconds at this point, but again, questionable), grind it into a fine powder and put it in the water (a bit of lemon juice is suppose to act as a catalyst). Then just strain it and drink the water.
