Straight up, It's veal. Said so on the package, and tasted very much like baby cow.

Well well, from the looks of this thread it seems like the shroomery eats pretty damn well :yesnod:, some hearty meals fa sho.






Tonight.....Free-range, grass fed, organic beef from a local ranch, placed between two eggs that came from free-range organic chickens, between two slices of sour dough bread with a bit of sriracha and salt & pepper.



For dessert, a smoothie consisting of: A banana, an apple, kale, black berries, carrots, honey greek yogurt, raw cacao, maca root, and chlorella.


Nothing like getting high off good food :drooling:....





Over the past couple years I've cut down on my intake of meat considerably, beef in particular....But this beef I've been getting lately is fucking phenomenal, even better than the Kobe beef I've had. There's a HUGE difference in taste compared to your run of the mill factory farmed beef, this stuff taste so good I don't even like putting much or any seasoning on it, or any ketchup on the burger....no need to taint the taste.

And it's only like $4 to $5 a pound.
