We're camping this weekend, so tonight it's going to be brats (or veggie brats) and beans. S'mores for dessert!

okay shrimp is greal good on a pizza pie but you got to get good shrimp--  I've been to a place that makes seafood pizza WRONG, they use canned shrimp, and it tastes like they use canned shrimp.  Nasty.

my GF's mom made a seafood pizza a long time ago with shrimp, cream cheese, artichoke hearts, and garlic ranch sauce...  that one is still a winner in my book to this day

oh and we went out and I had 4 greyhounds and a salad.

Oh my goodness that shrimp pizza sounds AMAZING. I would definitely use shrimp from the market

Canned meat except for tuna =  :puke:

What is a greyhound?

And i didn't actually make spaghetti last night because of some drama. Let's see if i make it tonight.

Greyhound = vodka + grapefruit juice

tonight it's carnitas enchiladas with olives in/on it.  Is there an Italian word for 'enchilada'??

oooh yum. I'm not much of a drinker but that sounds delicious.
A quick search showed no results for italian versions of enchilada or words. They must just call it enchilada.

I was in a bad mood tonight so didnt make spaghetti and went for something much easier. I made tuna and rice.
Cook the rice with some garlic and herbs. Once the rice is cooked, add tuna, mayo, and seaweed. Pretty darn good for something so easy.

well, remember last week I made that BBQ chicken pizza.  Well I saved the chicken carcass with a good ammount of meat still on it and boiled it down yesterday to make a really fantastic chicken veggie soup with shiitakes, onion, celery, carrot, seasoned with garlic, cumin, chilli, Worcestershire, and a shaved white truffle.

best damn chicken soup on the block.  you can even ask me.

Heck yeah tek yeah!  I love the lamb  :sheepfucker:

LoLz!

I'm roasting some chicken quarters in Merlot with browned onion, shallot, garlic, marjoram, parsley, chilli paste, anchovy paste, and tomato sauce, with some duck fond and a rub of smoked paprika mixed with 5-spice and sugar, some of my dehydrated morel stash and garlic and stuff... it's better than your average purina puppy chow :yarly:

I made an escargot pizza one time using garlic butter as the base instead of tomato. It came out pretty good.
