anyone hre good with tutorials and or wii

im having trouble on the first step , and mods at thier site- 5 shrooms for whoever helps me

im trying to get game cube games runn off my hdd or sd)preferably

i fucked step one up but i think i got the rest right because it recognizes the game i just get a fatal errer uplaoder 0 messqage when i try to play

One alternative would be to play them on a emulator, Dolphin works pretty well and it runs in arbitrarily high resolutions. It works for Wii games too but I haven't been able to set it up with my wii controller.

ya but since wii sucks, im trying to turn it into an all in system, instead of admitting i wasted 100 on wii ith 2 controlls and shitty games


zelda seems alright but fuckin annoying playing withh the mote

Resident Evil 4 is pretty awesome on wii, New Mario Bros is pretty good too if you like classic 2d mario. One of these days I will figure out how to play pirated wii games either on the wii or the computer but I haven't get. I got a bluetooth adapter for the computer to do it but I haven't been able to decipher the instructions for setting up the wiimote with it.

i cant stand the wimote, im about to sell off all my games to get a normal controller and just play nes through to n64 game

What ur system menu? are u already jail broken? I havent fucked with wii in a while but usb loaders r usually wads u jus inst
all and run.

Be wary of the emulators.  It's mostly fine, but for games that require a great deal of precision, they suck on the Wii.  It's very cool though to load up your Wii I have every single game ever made for Atari, NES, SNES, and genesis.  It's been years since I messed with it though.

Im certain its because of your ios revisions. Last time I hacked a wii there was an auto installer that installed all the wads in sequence. You need to have ios 23 and 22 with trucha patch. Some wiis need to have ios15 modified, ran against, and unmodified to get ios249 installed. Once 249 is installed your all day to run wad ios installers etc. So check your app, find out its ios requirements, and load that ios wad.

My wii is both hard modded, and soft modded. I have a bagillion wii iso on disk. I love usbloader. Im frozen at system menu 3.2 with bootmii. The last wii i modified was SM 3.3. I havnt used anything to hack the most current SM.


Each ios has umpteen revisions, and certain homebrew apps are finicky about which ones they run against.

Even some games are finicky about which IOS they run against. Like COD Black Ops requires a specific ios to not freeze in uloader. I forget which one.

what version is your wii?

some hacks only work with old versions of the Wii

4.2 and earlier i think?

what other hacks are you using?

Yeah thats what it is you have to patch ios. It should say to in the tut. whats ur system menu and what exactly have you done so far.
