Even though she messed up and took 100x the dosage she was supposed to, thats really sad. I can't imagine being in her shoes, I've had panic attacks close to that, but I can't imagine being in that state for long periods of time. I'd imagine she's living in hell. I know if I ever got to that point I would beg to be euthanized.

It was a stupid thing to do and she obviously thought she would be immune to the consequences of her decision.  I bet her parents wish they had been better communicators on the subject of recreational drug therapy.  This happened not far from where I live here in Houston.

Holy fuck!

I was going through my stash and discovered some weird herbal blend. It says on it it's supposed to resemble Salvia. Must have been some present from some dealer, as I've never trusted herbal blends and I wouldn't pay money for crap like that.

After reading this I think I'll actually flush it, stick to known substances alone. Makes the brain cells last longer :lol:

I dunno. I'm going to give the independent the benefit of the doubt. That is a real newspaper and when they get stories wrong, it is a BIG deal. Career ending scandal type big deal. I'm sure some of the details are not right, like any science related story. The "70 percent of the her brain is dead" sounds goofy.

Why does this sound far fetched. I've seen some posts here from users who say these synthetics are not to be taken lightly.

Actually most of the articles on synthetic drugs have been full of errors. No one has had their career ended over it, the public loves drug sensationalism.

To be blunt, she had it coming (as do all of you synthetic users) for using new, untested, chemicals of which there is little knowledge. I mean, I feel bad for her - I wouldn't wish her condition upon anybody, but sadly that's what happens when you do this shit.

The only reason I ever smoked spice was because we were rolling hard as fuck and had no weed. And yeah basically whenever I really felt like smoking weed I would resort to spice. I then quit weed and spice.

This is a case of pulling a chemical out of your ass, putting it on parsley, then selling it. I'm all for synthetics proven to not inflict any harm upon its user, but unfortunately spice isn't of this denomination.
