This made my day! At first I thought it was going to be another live action movie like that flop that came out a few years ago. About time they finally came out with something new! Dragonball GT just didn't do it for me.

Dragon Ball Z sucked all it did was keep throwing new villians that are always stronger at the earth crew

like they will do this forever

always a bigger villain that is somehow magically unheard of until they decide to make them up to continue the franchise

alright

and I was a fan as a child

As in any anime/fighting cartoon

someones whining to whine

But Dragon Ball Z takes it to an entirely different level

I thought Freeza was the most powerful in the world

oh wait let them make up some more like Boo etc

now this movie

come on

at least some other series are actually planned out and not designed to be a money cow that keeps getting fatter.

The 2nd bid looks like a gayer version of power rangers. What's with the flying car lol.

It's not like all the villains existed at the same time. Androids were made, Cell was made, Buu was hatched, Baby was made, Cooler had always been there in a different part of the universe yadda yadda. It's not like they were all just chillen on earth together.

I liked regular Dragonball the best.  It was easier to notice the power level increases and had a good storyline.  DBZ was good too but honestly by the end of DBZ and by DBGT with their power levels, one single tiny blast hitting any planet it touches should have blown it to pieces.  If Vegeta could have blown it up like he almost did at the beginning of DBZ, then when they become a billion times stronger it should be nothing to accidentally blow up the earth for most of the characters.  But that's the price you pay when a show wasn't really thought of past the first or second saga.

Thank you.

They would of encountered villains that weren't as strong and would of blown them away.

Not true in DBZ/GT, always a more powerful enemy to pop up.

Dragon Ball for the win

Isn't that the cartoon where they stand around screaming at each other for six episodes, and then a planet blows up?

GT isn't even a part of the original series. The creator Akira Toriyama wasn't a part of it at all. Which is why it was poopy, imo at least. This movie will be a part of the canon storyline. And Mr. Toriyama is at the helm this time around. :awesomenod:
