Seau's worth mentioning for sure. Derrick was more of an outside backer, which I can't compare middle 'backers to because they really are very different positions in terms of roles.

Outside linebackers, i'd say Lawrence Taylor, Jack Ham, Derrick Thomas, Kevin Greene were among the best ever.
