Absolem0918 updated us on his situation from a month ago, on page 2.
Just so nobody panics — this is NOT happening right now.

He has not been seen since. Those are serious symptoms that could render someone ncapable of helping themselves in short order.

There is probably nothing we can do, but a chance someone know how to contact him IRL!

I did.

Unilateral weakness is a very bad symptom. Metabolic/nutritional issues don't present on only one side.

He said he had a two year old kid, so not alone? But a two year old is only going to make a bad situation worse if he s unconscious.

Also he said he passed out, or hit the floor. Maybe he hit his head? My dad fell (he was old) and hit his head, not very hard, and it caused a bleed that resulted in a seizure like two months later.
