i'm less than 25..went through some drug counceling. in HS a doc tried to prescribe me some anti depressant i said fuck no.

i'm good and healthy now.

Less than 25, went to rehab, got prescribed an anti-depressant. A month later i looked up info about it, decided to stop taking it. Had some of the worst WD's of my life. I had to stay with a friend on the third night because i felt like dying. I've never been so depressed in my life, I will never take another anti-depressant.

My dad tried to get me to go to a therapist when I was in highschool. He never made me go though.
I wrote things like "Murder Death Kill" in a journal in a class in highschool that we had to turn in. The teacher threatened to call the cops and have me followed by them during school hours. She thought I was troubled and was going to shoot up the school or something.

I had counselling when I was a kid but not as an adult.  I wouldn't mind getting some now to be honest though, just for someone to vent to lol.

I was misdiagnosed with bipolar when I was a teen after A LOT of things happened in my life. I was put on a mood stabilizer that killed my personality and amphetamines(which I abused) made me very paranoid. I'm off everything now though, and have been for a few years. I also had therapy and drug counseling extensively at the same time. It literally changed my life around. Now I'm going to college, taking a psych class and, due to my connections, have a job basically line up with intensive in home services.

I'm under 25 and I've been in therapy on and off since I was an angsty thirteen year old diagnosed with clinical depression usually for a few months at a time. Currently I'm back in talk-therapy due to PTSD.. and well, I'm pretty flakey with my therapist, admittedly. My GP diagnosed me with ADHD and subsequently prescribed me amphetamines when I was a teenager but I decided to take a break from 'em this fall.

I was prescribed antidepressants at one point but haven't been on them for six years. I never felt like therapy actually worked because I would never feel comfortable telling them absolutely everything on my mind and just unloading, I went through two others and a couple years refusing to go before I finally realized I had nothing to be ashamed of, found a great doctor that I felt good talking to, and told all my emotional hang ups to fuck off.

under 25 (by a year) and I've never been in therapy.

I don't know if I should of sought therapy or should still get therapy considering the way my life is turning out. :lol:

I spent more than 10 years in therapy.  I can highly recommend it.  You have to find the right therapist and combine the right talk therapy with the right chemical therapy to get a win, but it is sooooo worth it.
