tripping with my girlfrind

I want to trip with my girlfriend who has never dosed. She drinks and smokes pot but has never had a psychedelic experience.
I personally think that mushrooms open your eyes and make you embrace the worlds beauty and make you think about a lot of things that go on in our world / society, who you are, what you stand for, ect.. and i think that she should have that sort of experience.
So my question is how do i go about not neccessarily convincing her but making her see that they aren't a negetive thing and making her think about it? Also, has anyone had experience tripping with a girlfriend or loved one? I have tripped with close friends but in todays society its "not acceptable" to show too much emotion man to man ya know?

Don't try to convince her, just ask her. If she isn't willing, she isn't ready for it.

Agree with Zwieback... theres nothing more annoying than somebody trying to convince you to do a drug.

Ask her, if she doesn't want to, then accept her decision. If she says no, ask her to be with you the next time you do them!

a trip with a loved one is special. none of that bullshit puppy love though...it has to be love.
if she doesn't want to do them, let it be. if she does, explain the effects of a low dose and then do a little with her!

If shes a bit apprehensive, then ask her to babysit you while you trip. She can see for herself the effects and will be in a better position to make her mind up.

It is good though, My girlfriend and I tripped together. We laid in bed in the dark and with no noise. The sight and sound sensory deprevation led to some very deep sensual tactile sensations.

i had a girlfriend for a long time once, 5 years. about 3 years into it i tripped with her and i had a vision of us in the future, in a house in a desert of sparkly purple sand. I was yelling because she had left the door open and weird googly eyed crabs were coming in. The door in my future desert-world corresponded to the door/lid of the record player in my bedroom at the time... I was disturbed by this vision, then we argued because i wanted to go on a walk and talk to my neighbors' flowers but she was scared to leave the porch... we then we went to get sno cones and at the sno cone stand they were playing "love hurts," which only made things worse. it's always hard to know whether things will be good or bad, but it seems to me like unless you are really ready to do it, you will have anxiety, which can make things hard...

I remember when I tripped with one of my girlfriends. And I hated it.
I got some weird vibes from her, we didn't even feel comfortable together. It was just not a good trip.

I take it you're not with her anymore. I think that tripping with a girlfriend could be a good way of telling how compatible you are. In a higher state of consciousness, you can pick up on things that you might not notice while sober.

1st I would ask her to do a tiny dose when you dose. She should be gradually introduced to the feeling.
If you are a hero dose tripper (over 5g dry) then you would be better off convincing her to eat like 2g at 1st.
She will understand what to expect(be prepared) when you full dose her the next time.

Be sure you have been open with one another all along because you will not have a good trip together if there is alot of secrets being kept from one another.

The whole trip will be spent trying to figure out what you can and cannot say or do.... its extremely uncomfortable if there is a closet full of skeletons from either of you!

If you are honest with each other its a great trip together especially if it turns sexual (viewing porn together) youll likely not finish but it does get intense...

Nothing better than tripping alone.

Anyway, as its going to be her first time (if she agree to trip in the first place) i would baby sit her, tell her the basic rules like she is not going to die and everything will pass, and not trip with her, see her reactions to the shrooms and decide if you want to trip with her in the future.

Girls tend to get scared easier than men and its going to be her first time trippjng, and i really don't like to trip around people who are going through bad trip, especially if she is a girl that i  have to take care of her while i am tripping too.

Wanna know the backstory to this thread?

OP ended up tripping with his lady. An eighth lemon tek'd. They had a nightmare trip and she dumped him the next day, he was devastated and forever ruined and sees a shrink weekly to this very day and still is haunted by nightmares of that night where he wakes up in a puddle of his own cold sweats crying and screaming her name out.

Other than that though he's doing quite well.

Ive tripped with my current girlfriend around 10 times. A couple trips were really amazing but unfortunately the majority of them were pretty bad.
Keep in mind that both of you will be hyper sensitive with emotions easily influenced and all over the place when you're tripping. The smallest problem in the relationship (sometimes that you arent even aware of) can easily turn into the biggest elephant in the room  and like Tomjoad said, any random song can trigger any train of insecure or defensive thoughts, that if believed, could send things on a downward spiral REAL quick.
And if youre girlfriend likes to drink like mine does, I would be careful with how much alcohol you have sitting around.

the x tripped with was pleasent some othertimes except once where she was touching all my face up whilst poking and pulling me, came angry real quick in the head reacted responible told her im going for a toilet shes like dont leave so i kept the door open :facepalm:
