If you're into meditation or yoga, it'll be much easier.  You just need to quite your mind and body.  Then think of your dick, or pussy, and think about stimulation.  May it be sex or masturbation.  You'll eventually start to feel like your actually having sex or jacking off, you might need to initiate the stroke feeling by thinking about it.  I think it's cool :shrug:

i've done it.

Since posting this thread, I've not tried exactly...  I have witnessed my ability to bring on that tingling, hair standing on the back of your neck state and prolong it almost indefinitely.

I had realized that my brain is just a big chemistry set, further still, that I can operate it consciously with some practice.
