It gives me problems with anxiety attacks.  I have always been prone to that sort of thing anyway and weed somehow magnifies it.  I also find the tolerance build-up to be a PITA because I am a chronic pain patient and that means there is a point (reached with unfortunate rapidity) where efficacy falls away and anxiety replaces it.  I stopped growing and using weed but the headaches are really bad right now so I am starting another grow.  Sometimes I feel like the drug just fucks with me so I have to put it down so I can feel like I am in control.

yup. i use to smoke copious amounts of bud, but now it only brings negative effects. i was forced to replace bud with pills, alcohol, and kratom.

when ever i would smoke low grade weed i found it unpleasant. I would always think it may have been laced with something. Get paranoid as fuck

Didn't feel that way with the high grade stuff.

Only thing is, high quality bud is hard to come by in my parts

depends, i usually only smoke on weekends, or when i have nothing else to do that day.

It kind of serves as a reward. I never smoke if i have shit or important things to accomplish.


I usually do it at night, cause i have insomnia

so to all the people who hate weed now? what do you use to relax, any herbs or wildflowers or something like that, it seems like every plant i look up has some use, but i never really tried any, mainly cause im read it on the computer, then out in the forest im not sure if its the same plant i saw (poor identification skills)

Dude, ive smoked weed like every day since i was 10 an now, i just stopped. ive been sober for like a month cuz were inna drought, but i dont understand how there could have been any negative effects on my life wen i was smoking...

Does anyone find meditation helps? I've been looking into it, tried it a couple times. I liked it, but a couple times I just thought it was worthless because I was in the wrong mindset.
Also, I find kava helps tons with anxiety. Not with getting rid of it immediately, but getting you in the mindset to calm yourself down.

bike rides and physically demanding stuff. Giving my body a good beating helps me to relax as weird as that sounds

I can relate man
I used to blaze almost everyday. Once i decided to cut back i saw the harm it was doing. I became lazy unmotivated and unhappy. I now only smoke in social situations like parties n shit. So like once a week or so. Now i dont know wat to do with myself most of the time. All this free time n nothing to do. All my friends ever wanna do is get fucked. Which is fun, but idk my life is missing something. I need a hobby, something to be passionafe about. But yeah im rammbling
