Heres what you need to get the card

Quote:
Cancer, glaucoma, positive status for human immunodeficiency virus, acquired
immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), hepatitis C, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
(ALS), Crohn's disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and other conditions
as determined in writing by a qualifying patient’s physician

That last part is what looks interesting, "and other conditions
as determined in writing by a qualifying patient’s physician".  I feel like that means that any Doctor who is ok with pot may prescribe you some 'medicine'.  But then again I also feel like no one would want to risk their reputation giving potheads medical reccomendations.

Are you going to try to get your card?  What are you going to say?  Think there will be

I don't have a Dr. or health ins so unless they have specialist card for cash doctors like in California I won't waste my time.

Sounds very similar to NJ's qualifications. Essentially it's impossible to get MMJ unless you're dying or have a serious illness. And who knows once the program will actually start. MMJ was legalized quite a while ago in NJ and you still can't get MMJ here.

what about the "or any other conditions as determined by doctor"? That sounds pretty wide open?

I kinda wonder if that will be elaborated on later. NJ's clause said something like that then it disappeared later on.

Yeah and you never no how strict they'll be. Like if your a doctor just prescribing it for bullshit and they keep close watch they can prob make you prove it or revoke your licence or do something.
