im going to say something also, there is no such thing as an ak 47 in america, in order for any sort of wepon like that to come to the states, they have to chopped up and re assembled with so many american parts, so unless youve got an super old school ak, or black market import, youve got something else, for example the (ak47) that i recently bought is actually a W.A.S.R. 10 underfold, its called an "a.k. style rifle"

you are so full of bad information it's pretty scary. before the brady ban on
'assault weapons' AK-47s were regularly brought into the country by several
companies, since the brady bill was passed and of course later most of the
provisions dropped due to the sunset laws, the AK-47 has remained an import
product only with various other name as well. yea the A in AK stands for
automatic just as it stands for automatic in the .45 ACP which is a
semi-automatic pistol round in most instances

automatic colt pistol, yes i know, and i know.... i just said that, but they have to chop them up and re assemble with x % of american made parts..... i dont get what your arguing, how many rifles do you own here in the states?

yea ive seen those, have fun blowing your hand off, those type of conversions tend to empty entire magazine in full auto as fast, often warping barrels, or shattering the entire gun along with your hand, the ssar15 slide fire stock is 3x more reliable.... and that thing is dicey

that slide fire stock is no more than bump firing, a hellfire trigger can
also be had and the trigger group that you're calling dangerous is a
legitimate 4 position M-16 trigger group which is all but a drop in
replacement in the majority of AR-15s.

i apreciate your wiki link, but its clearly descibing a select fire wepon... lol call up colt and ask them or an actual manufatcurer, bolt action, semi automatic, full automatic, select fire, but no assualt rifles

semantics, select fire weapons are capable of semi auto or full auto fire,
any rifle capable of full auto fire is classed as an assault rifle

it's a good reliable rifle, one thing about the russians, they made weapons
that even morons could handle, the AK-47 and the Makarov have few parts
and need few tools to strip and clean

maybe, but if so, than its not an ak47 ...most the ak style rifles are bought up stock piles of full auto ak47 varient rifles that are converted with american parts to only fire on semi automatic, the select fire switch is used as a safety.... for instance my originaal manufacture date of my ak is 1987, it has since been bought imported and modified and resold on the united states market at a later date

there still no no such thing as an assualt rifle, and even if your version of the term assualt rifle would be real, there would be no guns to ban over here, none of the rifles sold in america with select fire, there all semi automatic, unless your talking that they have the capability to be converted to full auto.... ? lol i guess is bottom line i dont accept the farse of an "assualt rifle" there is mechanically no such thing, sure media may have deemed certain or all select fire rifles as assualt rifles, but those arent sold to the public, converted semi automatic versions, and civilian semi-auto varients are sold, and theyre strictly semi-automatic rifle, and you can convert alot more than just those into dangerous jerry rigged full autos hand gernades,  in reality you say tamato i say tamatto or some shit, lolzor

and to clarify, bump fire is different, ssar15 is slidefire, bump fire is from the hip and slamming the bolt forward as fast as possible, slide fire you slide the gun forward to create the same action, just with control, and not having to use your trigger hand to pull back same way of acheiving full automatic fire, but different methods, the ssar15 lets the gun slide unto itself, instead of a non modified awkard arm jamming bump fire, you can actually do something with the gun besides look stupid like you do bump firing

I've seen people land rounds over 250 yards on a target a bit larger than a basketball with ease.

this is the crap you keep talking about and it's not the same as what was

you're wrong on both counts, if you have an BATF form 4 and stamp for the
rifle then you can posess a full auto/select fire weapon, I can walk into
several gun stores in the atlanta area, pay the deposit, file the paperwork
and in a few months walk out title II weapons I want. that means machine
guns and 'silencers', both of which are legal in the US

see these? all for sale to civilians and every one is capable of full auto
fire. I shop with these folks nearly every time I buy a gun, they're a
class III dealer, on of the largest in the US and it seems like you want to
hold on to all those misconceptions

absolutely incorrect since the bolts in most semiauto weapons are completely covered and inaccessible without disassembling the gun,
this stock you're referring to is nothing more that a device that
allows you to bump fire from the shoulder, it's the same principal,
same operations and and has the same outcome

SSAR-15: Bumpfire stock for AR-15

Slide Fire Solutions has developed a stock for the AR-15 that facilitates bumpfire shooting. It is reminicint of the ill fated Akins Accelerator that was initially approved by the BATFE but later deemed a full-auto device and banned.

thats a parts kit, ak47 style and varient rifles that come in from over seas are eighter A. full auto /select fire rifles manufactured whereever that are imported, and remanufactured with x % of american made parts so they comply. or B.parts kits or semi automatic rifles with complying parts c. full auto /select fire riles sold as is to people with the proper permit

thats great that you can aquire those permits for full auto select fire firearms in the united states, its A. expensive as a mother fucker B. impossible to obtain without a fairly clean record, these permits are not given out to any blow joe, and these rifles are not sold to the public like the other 99% of rifles sold, ive watched sons of guns i know theres a market out there, but like in the show most people get turned away once they relize they cant buy with out the riducnulus permits, but 99.9% of the people in united states dont have this permit, the other 99.9% on the other hand who are over 18 years of age and not a felon, can walk into any pawn shop / wal mart / sporting goods store and walk out with an ak47 varient rifle, ar 15 fal, sks, galil you name it, pay enough $$ and you can literally walk out of any ffl carring store with your favorite gun from call of duty, in 15 minutes just takes $, and its all legal. These guns are 100% all semi automatic and unable to fire mechanically as a full automatic or select fire rifle without SERIOUS maching, and not a cheap file job. all the guns from the above A. list and B. list fall into this catagory      < has this changed, its been 7 months since my last purcahse?

you keep reiterating twhat im saying as if im wrong... i understand mechanically slide fire and bump fire work identically, i even said so, slidefire utilizes the bump fires mechanics of achieving full auto fire, but its different, watch a couploe videos, you have to bump fire from the hip, and the slide fire allows you sto slide the gun forward gently and not jamming the gun awkwardly and un comfortabely from the hip, i also still stand by my opinion that its 3x less jenky than your propeped file conversion, how many ding dongs do you see at the range with a conversion....? theres a reason for that

I dont see the appeal in full auto.

An AK47 is at its most lethal on semi auto in the hands of an expert marksman. 30 high power bullets, immediately available, whereas with full auto you have to change the magazine every few taps.
