Panaeolus foenisecii or Psilocybe semilanceata?

Hi I found these on a cow field and I keep confusing the ps. Semilanceata's with Panaeolus foenisecii. If anybody has a few tips on how to distinguish the two that would be helpfull. Also here is the pic:

I really doubt that they are psilo's

Sone are Mycena, others Panaeolus.

You have a mixed collection of Panaeolus papillionaceus and some sort of small inky cap, maybe Coprinopsis. (The ones with the fragile white stems). Semilanceata are easy to tell from the very sharp nipple on the cap and the removeable gellationus pellice (skin) on the cap.
