Go to Account (upper-left corner of page), then go to Edit Personal Information (near the bottom):

Click on the link Edit Forum-Specific Signatures underneath the global default signature text box.
Remember - maximum length is 1500 characters.

Your default signature will be used for any forums where you haven't defined a forum-specific signature.

Please remember: Do not use signatures to advertise. :crankey:
