But OP, chick is definitely scamming. Criminals in my kingdom use this scam all the time. When we catch them, we make a small incision in the scrotum, insert flesh eating maggots, and sew it back up. Even a doctor can not get them all out.

Tell her that you sent the money, but to be sure she gets it, you have sent it to a specific WU location in her city, and it must be picked up there. Try to give her this info live if you can (phone or live chat) then tell the local malaysian police where they can look for the scam artists.
