Question about bubbling bird seed?

I was soaking my bird seed (it soaked for about 18 hours) and when I went to it, it was bubbling, like when a pond purges, is this bad? or what is this just air escaping, and it's fine? thanks

Your seed has started to ferment.

Its still fine to use.

it was fermenting, i think. perhaps someone can report back who continued with fermented seed? personally, i wouldn't use it.

my seed ferments all the time cuz im lazy and forget about it....
it works just fine...
just make sure to rinse it well before u drain

Ainasko/Hyper-dermic, Really? great, I'm soaking some more anyway,
this will let me experiment and see if there is a difference,
I have plenty of extra spores (amazonian,Golden teachers and B+)

I just went and checked it, the new batch is fine and will be ready for tonight, but the old batch sarted to sprout seedlings, is that still useable then if anyone knows?

I'd throw em out, but I've heard of people that had plants from the wbs in their grow and they say lots of shrooms grow around it.
If a lot of the seeds are starting, I wouldn't use it though, but it would be a cool experiment.
