I know the MMGG (magic mushroom growers guide) is a small operation. From what I understand it's a variation of the PF tek suggested above. If you can hide a styrofoam cooler, then it'll be fine. Only $30-40 w/ 2 syringes from PF.

PF/MMGG are almost the same Tec. Both can be found in the Grow/Find section of the shroomery
