can any one suggest a suitable and successful method 4 using either rye flakes or rye flour? i am trying to grow psilocybe cubensis shrooms. Please help, any comments r useful?

If you use the mmgg or pf methods and do not deviate from anything else you should succede by using rye flour in place of brown rice flour. PF is for those who need the sure shot;) .........but if you ever get another chance down the road then look into grain and casing
