Dreaming with the psych patients...
    #16671705 -

This is a dream I had last night, in which amazing symbolism occurred , I wish to find out what exactly this type of technique could be used for.

I was wandering around and old abandoned hospital alone and sort of nervous, I couldn't figure out why I was there. This hospital was strange looking, large wide halls, carpeted floors,  and class room esque rooms. I entered one of the rooms and saw a man standing in the middle of it. He was elderly, had long frayed white hair, and leathery skin. He wore a suit  , making him appear like a man of authority. He told me he was a professor at this ward and I was here to learn something, he informed me that there were distressed patients in the hospital that had been trapped there a long time. He told me to walk down the hall and check the rooms. In these rooms he told me I would find these patients. He told me I needed to go and help free them. I left the room and started walking down the hall,  the first room I came to I opened the door and walked in. This was a very odd room, It was a dark room with just enough light to see my surroundings On the wall to the left of me were about 20 sinks lined up. On the right were beds in a row that matched up[ to every sink. These floor were made of laminate tile, the sort you see in elementary schools. I walked to the end of the room and turned to my right. In a heap, on her knees I saw a woman in her 30's, dressed in a ragged hospital gown, bloodied, and crying. She noticed me and at this moment let out a terrifying scream of rage. She jumped up and barreled straight toward me. I dashed for the door and made it out just before she reached me. For some reason she stopped at the lighted corridor and would go no further. I was like she was blocked by some sort of invisible shield. I took terrible advantage of this and started to taunt her. Some times with sexually provocative actions. I called her names, and swore at her, like she was a deadly man-eating shark behind glass.
As I did this the professor appeared once again walking down the hall, embarrassed at being seen I quickly seized the taunting. He let me know it was a good try but she will be remained trapped here for tonight. He led me to another room and we entered, he let me know he would stay back and let me do what I thought was necessary to free this next group. This room was packed full of slow wandering patients, How was I to free these people, I couldn't even free one girl. I tried talking to some, but they would not respond. some of them started wandering into the hall in different directions I tried pushing them back in, but they would just wander right back out. There was absolutely no order. With frustration I gave up and the elderly professor helped me gather up the patients and put them back into the room. He then told me he would teach me something valuable. He started explaining that in order to free these patients we would use an unorthodox technique involving the playing in to there delusions. He further explained that these peoples delusions were that they would one day be set free from this place that they have been trapped in for hundreds of years. He told me to follow his lead. He opened the door, and exclaimed it was finally time to be set free and to follow him to the death they had been longing to have for so long. To my surprise they listened to him and all lined up behind us. We walked from the room and into the hall. He explained that some were still weary of his claim and some convincing would be needed. He explained the use of symbolism is a perfect way to continue playing into there delusion. He continued on about these people desiring the eternal nothingness and how they crave it so badly.
We came to another room and as he opened the door explained to me that nothing is better in this hospital at symbolizing nothingness as the never ending Ocean the hospital is surrounded by. He lead the the patients and I into the room and the first thing I noticed was a huge opening in the corner of the room that had crumbled away after years of neglect. This opening was huge and took up and entire corner of what used to be walls. It looked over an endless ocean that was void as far as the eyed could see.  "It is finally time my friends, go! Be free!" The patients all started to approach the edge and started to walk off. One by one they fell to the void they had wished for, until only  I and the professor were left. "I hope you have learned a valuable lesson tonight my friend, it is time to be free, Go, Be free!" I approached the ledge and swan dived into the void, darkness surrounds me, the last thing I see is some of the patients floating down further into the void all glowing in holographic, pulsating, electric auras. Then nothingness.

Not enough paragraphs so it hurts my old eyes.  I'll bet it's a dandy though.

can you separate out 5 scenes
and simplify to the significant image of each
just 5 images

I think you have 5 dreams linked there from a night of toss and turn
and dream revisitation.
it seems too complex for one dream in an isolated memory.
but not too complex for a whole night of dreaming.

the meaning of the dreams will be relative to the content of each
the relation of the images to each other could be handled like tarot carts in a simple sequence reading; but I am asking you to distill the 5 cards/images from this long sequence of happenings.
