I eat meat.  I have plenty of energy, maybe even too much.

i manage to get some raw vegan days sometimes
but i'm too addicted to processed food..even tho i don't really enjoy it if i take in account how i feel after i eat this crap X.x i get pains in different parts of my body

the times when i have avoided eating meat and dariy i have had a lot more energy than normal. almost too much energy sometimes :shrug: anyways i don't care to argue, this is just my personal experience

perhaps i'm just a human specimen of lesser intelligence and i choose to not eat meat and dairy products as my preferred source of nutrition :shrug:

because you're eating more sugars in the forms of fruit. I had more energy
than most and spent 20 years eating almost exclusively meat, maybe once a
months I'd eat a potato, fries or a salad and in the rare instance I'd get a
burger I'd eat the veggies on it. I had energy, bouncing off the walls
energy and I didnt graze all day, I ate one meal a day and the energy from
the eggs and meat lasted a long time. does having energy mean I was healthy?
no but I was according to the doctards I had to deal with for insurance. I
was at my peak in performance and only weighed 135lbs.

was it a healthy diet? probably not the most healthy but not really much
different than veganism or the more foolish fruitarian diet. personal experience and energy dont translate to good health
