BINGO!

at least somebody here has a damn clue!

the acid side of chemistry damages cells, and base chemistry is essential is for cells to regenerate. it's really freaking simple!

true health will never be attained if one eats according to the FDA's food guide pyramid. then when one health get's compromised (due to acidity) they can go get some FDA approved drugs. it's only the most lucrative industry on the planet!

What exactly is true health compared to normal health?

would you mind backing this stuff up with science? the only place I see this
kind of stuff is on websites pushing bad fad diets that do nothing to improve
your health. unless I look in places like this

http://www.quackwatch.org/01QuackeryRelatedTopics/DSH/coral2.html

just do an experiment yourself. put some acid on your skin. it burns don't it? acids damage cells, it's common sense.

every piece of food you put in your mouth is going to fall somewhere on the ph scale. and there's only 2 sides to chemistry!

the blood NEEDS to be kept around 7.4 ph

Go stick your hand in a super base, something like Butyl Lithium or Sodium Hydride, and tell me that doesn't burn and damage your cells. It's common sense.

there's no such thing as super base . base chemistry is the middle of the ph scale! it won't ever burn! extreme alkaline like 13ph will...of course! i'm not talking about extreme alkaline foods bro! name me some fruits that are that extreme?

edit: nobody is going to consume shit like draino. it don't take very much acidity to bring the ph below the base range. that's the problem, getting below that range. do you know what the pancreas has to produce to digest animal proteins? hydrocloric acid! this normally isn't an issue either, except people consume too many of these foods. some people eat meat every single day, and this doe's cause an issue over time.

you have no clue what you're talking about

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superbase

Quote:
In chemistry, a superbase is an extremely strong base, that is a compound that has a high affinity for protons. Hydroxide ion is the strongest base possible in aqueous solutions, but bases exist with much greater strengths than can exist in water. Such bases are valuable in organic synthesis and are fundamental to physical organic chemistry. Superbases have been described and used since the 1850s.[1] Reactions involving superbases often require special techniques since they are destroyed by water and atmospheric carbon dioxide as well as oxygen. Inert atmosphere techniques and low temperatures minimize these side reactions. Superbases also have a corrosive effect.

so you have a wikipedia degree? congrats!

wikipedia is just wrong here. remember when i said bad info get regurgitated over and over. this is a great example.

alkaline and base are NOT one in the same!

right... everyone on the planet is wrong except you and anyone that agrees with you

a base is not neutral in PH, it's alkaline, an acid isnt neutral in PH,
it's acidic. neutral is neutral but since you say a base in neutral and
all of the scientific community for hundreds of years says otherwise,
they're wrong... why? Dr.Bob and his fake degrees say otherwise

nope alkaline and basic are synonymous, base is the noun whereas the former two are adjectives.

i think i've seen you post about chemistry before. i'm not a chemist, so i will concede you guy's this. i've always been under the impression that base was just a certain range of alkalinity.

i apologize to pris and the vapor. thanks for teaching me something new.

now this is all just about how a certain term is used. a technicality if you will. it does absolutely nothing at all to change my argument.

so let me get this straight, you think modern humans are very healthy?

do you not see all the sick children? why are little kids being born with such severe issues. why do we see so many do children with cancers ? there's sever neurological issues in kids these days! just think of all the conditions humans are suffering from these days, think of them all, A to Z!

i had about a dozen different symptoms at 25yo. keep in mind that i no longer have any of those problems! also, keep in mind that i grew up eating what you guys call balanced (everybody knows about the food guide pyramid). and i didn't get better until i went radical (IYO).

are you saying that the food (chemistry) we bring into our bodies is not a major factor here? or is everything just all fine and dandy?

personally, i am witnessing a sever decline in the human species! and i don't see this science (that you're so fond of) doing anything noteworthy about it. i feel very sorry for you if you are not able to see this.

the reason i'm like talking to a wall, is because i been there. i suffered for a while, then i moved on. now i'm better, and not interested in going backwards. you guys are too afraid to even consider there might be merit to what i'm saying. i'm talking to walls too! i agree that this thread isn't really going anywhere. i'm bored! i have much better things to do, and have had all along.

i tried, and that was my duty. take it or leave it!

Lets see here.  Modern medicine has cured Polio, Chlamydia, Syphilis, a range of parasites, Whooping Cough, Tuberculosis, Small Pox....this is just a few.

And yes modern humans are healthier.  We are living longer than ever in the history of humans.  Don't be so stupid.

this is quite misleading. living longer does not mean we are living to see older ages. MANY babies (and mothers) used to die during childbirth until more recent years. that's really the only improvement. if they weren't in the statistics you see something much different.

edit: just go look at the obituaries

No, the average lifespan has increased. This partly explains the more frequent incidence of cancer as it is a cumulative disease.

did I ever say that modern humans are healthy?

do you not see all the healthy kids? kids that dont have any illnesses or
issues, dont have cancer or neurological conditions? you're making a broad
and sweeping generalization and when you look at eastern and western
cultures it's a tiny percentage of kids that have the ailments but you dont
hear about the healthy kids, only the sick ones because sick kids are big
money to charities. even in africa the malnourished kids are a minority

did you know that there's a somatoform disorder called hypochndria? I've
lived 44 years and I've been to a doctor twice in my life for something
other than stitches and broken  bones and even then it only brings the total
up to 6 times and you know what I eat? what ever I want just like my
ancestors who also never got sick, one who had never in his 99 year ever
been to a doctor for anything and he lived in the times of typhus, yellow
fever and tuberculosis being rampant in the US in addition to fighting in 2
world wars

I'm saying you dont know what you;re talking about, sure diet plays a role

lol... and you're how old? 25? I'm 44, spent time on 4 continents, I've seen
a great deal. has it occurred to you that the 'decline in the human species'
is due to the upsurge in veganism and other crackpot diets that are claimed
to be so much more healthy

so you're saying that because you were sick, and now that you're on a sugar
high you're much better... we're not interested in what your claims are
because you're yet to even try and back them up outside of declaring youtube
comments as medical proof and giving yourself and another whom you claim
were both sick and are now on a high sugar diet as being cured and that a
diet can cure cancer and all diseases and that acid is the only reason for
cancer even though I've shown you that your fruits are dominantly acidic

you still havent discussed the mucus thing, so really, what's your duty? to
push snake oil until you're questioned and then high tail it out of town

what's an obit gonna prove, that some people have died?

I read 100% of this thread.

I think raw vegans / health nuts are fucking balls out insane.

Maybe we should talk about fluoride in the water or mercury in vaccinations.

Or maybe bringing infants to chiropractors for proper bone mass..

Birth control / pharmaceuticals in the water making 6 year olds have tits, etc.

girls are definitely developing sooner, but that's actually from dairy products. milk is like a hormone delivery fluid. plus now we give the animals even more of them.
not a single other animal drinks milk after a couple years of age. and NEVER from a different species! we could actually learn quite a bit from them.

the composition of cows milk is much different than that of humans.

as i've said before, the dairy is FAR worse to human health than the meat!
