Just curious if there are any Raw Vegans among us. 

If so, what kind of meals do you enjoy?

Not totally vegan, but lately I've gone quite healthy. Me and the lady starting juicing tons of veggies. I'm eating almond butter sandwiches like crazy. The other day I big batch of vegan hummus that was good. Also, a pasta with a creamy sauce made with avacados and almond milk. Goooood shit

Only raw veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, beans, cacao and a few other odds and ends.  I don't heat any of my food.  I still prepare all sorts of great stuff like raw vegan cheeses, chocolate banana pudding, spicy guacamole, fresh pesto sauces...  the list goes on and on.

Since I got rid of all animals products from my diet for health reasons my energy has skyrocketed and I have lost 20lbs of fat.  I just did a 20 mile bike ride last night and will probably do a 30 mile ride by the end of next week.  This is the most energy I've ever had and I feel great!

I was thinking avocados even before you mentioned them :lol:.I think that raw means uncooked,am i right? and can a raw vegaN STILL EAT FRUIT?

I eat all sorts of fruit, veggies, leafy greens, beans, nuts, berries, etc...

I don't eat any breads, cakes, cookies, etc unless I am making them from raw ingredients in a food dehydrator where I can control the temperature to keep it low. 

Sorry, but the jelly in your donut likely isn't raw (or healthy) since it is highly processed with extra sugar and all sorts of preservatives. :frown:

if I ate vegan I'd be fucking starving all the time
it's not natural, and neither is eating processed meat, so I just tend to not give a fuck.

i'm a good 90% raw, and vegan.

i keep it super simple. predominately high water mono fruit meals

sometime i get smoothies when i'm out on the go. usually strawberry, banana, mango and pineapple or
strawberry, blueberry, raspberry smoothies with apple juice

i do young some young thai coconuts and occasionally green juices

i had to go through some hellish detoxing when i first started eating like this. i rode those out, and now it's just smooth sailing!

fucking love it! ridiclous energy levels (sometimes too much). plus haven't even needed any deoderant for the longest. it's such a hygenic way to eat. my senses are stronger than ever!

only downside is i can't really let loose and eat other foods without feeling like complete shit. i get my ass kicked so i run right back to my fruits. i can handle cooked soups and veggies just fine though (that's mostly what the other 10% is)

i would be STARVING if I tried eating vegan.

i need 3000 calories a day to even be 1/2 full

You'd be surprised.  I eat decent sized meals until I am full and I snack throughout the day.  I never feel hungry mainly because of all the snacking.  My energy levels are insanely high now that I don't have all that other crap in my system slowing me down.  Dude one of the best parts is that I get to eat raw vegan chocolate banana pudding everyday.  It's great for energy and it's super healthy.
