Hi Flow,
If you don't have the temperment to buy all that stuff (like me), TLG has one for $350 at http://www.thelittleguy.com/flow_hood.html
And here's a link for disposable glove bags for $35.00
http://www.mycosupply.com/cgi-bin/shopper.cgi?preadd=action&key=DGLB01

Personally what I've been trying is taking a rubbermaid bin, washing it out with bleach solution and spraying it down with alcohol.
Then I take a disposible plastic rain coat that cost about a quarter and spray that down with alcohol, cut to the appropriate size and tape with 3" wide tape around the top of the bin. It's not 100% air tight but definitely keeps down any moving air. Better than the open box method.
I cut two slits with a razor blade cleaned with alcohol and use new surgical gloves through the slits. Cost under $5.00
Can't say it's successful yet - I've innoculated 2 batches this way and I'm waiting. However, I haven't seen any contams yet either.
One day I'd like to buy one of those hoods from TLG...
