Please look into the issue before you spew shit like this.

Mississippi did not shut down an abortion clinic. The state recently passed legislation requiring that all of a clinic's abortion providers to be certified OB/GYN's, and all of them must have privileges at a local hospital. This is actually raising the health standards of the services, not your twist on a headline you saw on FARK. Complications can arise quickly during abortions and the state is requiring a higher standard of medical certification and affiliation for those providing one. You got a problem with that?

I don't understand how you can say that creates an interminable problem, unless you just need some reason to be a prick.

Mississippi doesn't give a fuck about making abortions safer, they just want to make them as difficult as possible to get. Thankfully Tennessee and Arkansas are nearby and don't have nearly such strict laws regarding abortion or I might just be a father... wasn't some hit and run though, I'm married to the woman now, and still no kids.

The decriminalization of cannabis is about the only thing that Mississippi has gotten close to right. Even that isn't all good, but better than most states.

Which NONE of the hospitals will allow. The clinic was shut down due to excess burdens placed on them, burdens that were specifically put in place to have this outcome.

I lived in Gulfport MS for about 3 years. I moved there after 911 from New Orleans. I worked at the Gulfport Grand casino for 2.5 years. I can tell you that life on the Gulf coast is different than the rest of the state. I did not venture inland though. I just went by what I saw and the people I met while there. It is a different world down there. I will never go back to that place again (hopefully). It just does not have an appeal to me. Although some of the best X and coke I ever had was there. Sept.2001-March 2005

I am from Ft Wt Texas and the south in particular is getting on my nerves. I will travel up north for a while as soon as I can. Still getting things together here in Texas. Rick the dick Perry and the right to lifers here in Texas would love to have this happen in Texas. the state is too big and too many people vote to keep that from happening all the way. It is very close though. Check out this article:
