Recharging desiccant

I've searched this site, but couldn't find out how to recharge desiccant, the type I have is the indicating one from mycosupply.com.
I assume you have to put them in the oven, but for how long, and on what temp? Like 400?F?

that's pretty much what you need to do, it's not very scientific of a process...
