What are some good herbs for a Woman in final 6 weeks of pegnancy?

My partner has 6 weeks to go in pregnancy and I was wondering what some beneficial herbs that she should take are?

I only know what to stay away from: hibiscus, pennyroyal, kava kava, valerian, and feverfew. This includes after delivery during breastfeeding. Also, stay away from green or blue cheese, especially combined with nuts. I've seen women go into labour having eaten this combination.

With only six weeks to go it's important to focus on protein, iron, vitamin B, and calcium sources.

You really should be asking a doctor this question. If I were pregnant I wouldn't listen to anybody from the Shroomery about what to take. The reality is, nobody knows much about herbs and pregnancy because it hasn't been studied extensively.

Make a list of what to avoid, rather than what you should take. That's what I would suggest doing.
